Was mit Zeichnen von Comics begonnen hat, hat sich schwerpunktmässig zu einer intensiven Auseinandersetzung mit verschiedenen Techniken der Acrylmalerei und Collagentechnik erweitert.

Ihre Acryl- und Collagenbilder sind teils mit figürlich klaren Motiven, teils in abstrakter Malerei gehalten. Astrid Baenziger nimmt seit Jahren an Einzel-, sowie Gruppenausstellungen teil. Im Oktober 2017 stellte sie erstmals an der 57. ART BIENNALE VENEDIG in einer Gruppe von 60 Artisten im Palazzo Albrizzi Cappelo aus. Ihre Kunstwerke werden in Bern, Montreux, Innsbruck, den Dolomiten, Verona, Venedig, Rom, Mailand, Paris, London, Oxford, Rotterdam, Kopenhagen, Tokyo, Hamburg, Berlin, Amsterdam und New York gezeigt.

Astrid Baenziger lebt mit ihrer Familie in Bern.

Virginia is an Argentinian artist based in Switzerland. Virginia produces wall sculptures and paintings inspired by elements of nature.

The artist trained as a painter at the National Academy of Fine Arts in Buenos Aires. She has gone on to receive awards for her art in Switzerland from Arte Binningen, p.i.n.k.elefant and Suisse-Art.

Virginia has exhibited at a variety of art fairs in Austria and Switzerland. Public and private collectors in Europe, the US, Middle East and Asia have bought her work.
